Shipping

Ready-to-ship items typically process within 3–7 business days. Custom jewelry, bridal pieces, and personalized orders may require additional time.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of fine jewelry and custom pieces, all sales are final unless an item arrives damaged or defective. Approved non-custom items may qualify for exchange or store credit.

Permanent Jewelry

Permanent jewelry is custom fit and welded for each guest, making all sales final. If a chain breaks at the weld point within 14 days, we’re happy to reweld it.

Jewelry Care

Avoid harsh chemicals, store pieces in a dry place, and clean gently with a soft polishing cloth. Proper care helps preserve your jewelry’s beauty.

Custom Jewelry

We offer custom jewelry consultations for engagement rings, redesigns, heirloom-inspired pieces, and meaningful one-of-a-kind designs.
