Returns & Exchanges Stone Kaye Collective

We want you to love every piece you receive. If something isn't right, we're here to make it right.

Returns We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original packaging with proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, contact us at stonekayecollective@gmail.com before sending anything back. Once your return is approved, we'll provide a prepaid return shipping label and instructions. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Custom & Special Orders All custom and special order jewelry — including personalized pieces and made-to-order designs — are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. These pieces are crafted exclusively for you and cannot be restocked.

Exchanges To exchange an item, initiate a return for your original piece and place a new order once the return is accepted. This ensures you get exactly what you want as quickly as possible.

Damages & Defects Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve it. We stand behind every piece we sell.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of approval within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. If 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please reach out to us directly.

Non-Returnable Items The following cannot be returned or refunded — all custom and special order jewelry, sale items, and gift cards.
