Shipping Policy Stone Kaye Collective

Domestic Shipping Stone Kaye Collective ships within the United States only. All orders are shipped via UPS with shipping costs calculated at checkout based on your location and order details.

Processing Time Processing times vary by item. Ready-to-wear pieces are typically processed faster than custom and special order designs. Estimated processing time will be noted on each product page. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Custom & Special Orders Made-to-order and custom pieces require additional production time before shipping. We will communicate your estimated timeline at the time of purchase and keep you updated throughout the process.

Signature Required For the security of your order, all Stone Kaye Collective deliveries require a signature upon receipt. Please ensure someone is available to sign at your delivery address. If a delivery attempt is missed, UPS will leave instructions for scheduling a redelivery or picking up your package at a local UPS location.

Order Tracking Once your order ships you will receive a confirmation email with your UPS tracking number. You can track your order at any time at ups.com.

Lost or Stolen Packages Stone Kaye Collective is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after a confirmed delivery. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please contact UPS directly and reach out to us at stonekayecollective@gmail.com so we can assist.
